The Invitation
Members
of the Probus Clubs of Eastern Ontario are cordially invited to attend
a special "Canada 150" Spring Fling in Kemptville on
May 9, 2017.
We look forward with great anticipation to welcoming members from each
of the 15 Probus Clubs in Eastern Ontario.
An RSVP is requested from each Club on behalf of its participating
members before March 31st.
Registration Information
Probus
Clubs of Eastern Ontario are asked to complete our Registration
Form with
the information for each delegate who will attend from your Club.

Please attach a single
cheque to cover the total registration cost for
your club and send your Registration Form and cheque, to
reach us by March 31st to:

- Cost:
The cost of the Spring Fling is only $35 per person. The price includes
lunch, entertainment and all taxes and gratuities. A cash bar will be
available.
- Delegate
names: While we
generally mix delegates from several Clubs at each table, partners or
friends sometimes prefer to sit together. If this is the case, please
bracket or otherwise indicate the names of those who wish to be seated
together.
- Name
tags: All delegates
are urged to wear their local Probus Club name badge. You will be doing
us (and the environment) a favour by saving the paper and cost of
another one-time badge.
- Menu
choices: Full
details of each menu choice can be found on the Program page of our
website. Your menu choice will be indicated on your table place card.
- Registration
Form: Our
Registration form can be filled in on a computer, or by hand if you
prefer and then mailed back to us.
